A psychological horror, short film produced and written by Kincaid Walker, with (in order of appearance) Kincaid, Anthony Holiday & Michael Hagerty. Directed by Liz Maccie and shot with timelessness by Director of Photography Cheryl Christensen, the film explores the unexpected aftermath of hidden deceptions on a marriage -- and the violence that simmers underneath its tender surface.
A Wife remains haunted by her baby's tragic death. On the anniversary, she bares her unspoken grief to the Doctor, and that night, alone, she hears a voice through her darkness and disappears out into the night... while her husband steals away for one last tryst with another.
FOXGLOVE premiered as an Official Selection at the Waterfront Film Festival in Saugatuck, MI, and went onto the Landlocked Film Festival & the Wild Rose Independent Film Festival, among others...
